CHELTENHAM, PA - The La Salle College High School Explorers are hoping to take down the nationally ranked St. Joe's Prep Hawks this Saturday at 2 p.m. at Plymouth Whitemarsh.

Last year's Catholic League Championship between La Salle (5 - 2) and St. Joe's Prep (6 - 0) was a thriller, as a juggled touchdown in the final seconds sealed the win for La Salle.

The Hawks, who are currently No. 18th in the country, will be looking for redemption this Saturday.

The La Salle Explorer football program consists of the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman football teams. All three teams mainly compete against other PCL teams and a few teams from other leagues. The three teams typically practice from Monday to Friday with games on the weekends and workouts in the weightroom throughout the week. There are also off-season workouts to particpate in in the summer. For more information on the LaSalle Football program contact the Head Coach John Steinmetz
