Who says exercise requires spending hours at the gym? Dancing is one of the best ways to work all of the muscles in your body so you too can get it right and get it tight.
If you’re looking for a way to spice up your work-out regime, exercising as a group is certainly a great way to do that! Line dancing is typically used to describe a type of country and western dancing, in which dancers line up in a row without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to music. Here at Eye Opener, we’ve decided to put our own twist into it. Check out the video to see how we got our whole cast involved in this edition of Get It Right, Get It Tight.
