There are thousands of exercises to tone the average Joe but there weren’t many to train for the unknown such as military, law enforcement and first responders, so, CrossFit was created! CrossFit is a workout technique that consists of constantly carried functional movement done at extremely high intensity, designed for the everyday person.
As owner and head coach of CrossFit 215, Micah Macbeth describes, “CrossFit is all about training for the unknown, which is done through educating and inspiring athletes.”
