Jason Lee:
Shaun good morning. Tell us about Unity.

Shaun Monson:
Well Unity is a new documentary film that's narrated by 100 celebrity voices and they've all come together to talk about really why we have such a hard time getting along even though we've been together on the planet for thousands and thousands and thousands of years.

Jason Lee:
Now I read that this took seven years to make. Talk about that process and why it took so long.

Shaun Monson:
Initially it was going to be a miniseries to be honest so it was presented...the film was presented in chapters, but the miniseries would've given each chapter an episode. So we had to cut it down substantially, but also it took at least four years to record all hundred voices to schedule and coordinate and get them together then also to mix those voices together. At times they literally complete each others' sentences so that was a task. We have Helen Mirren, Walkin Phoenix, Jennifer Aniston, Ellen Degenrees , Jessica Chastain, Erin Paul, Marion Cotillard, Ed Cartoli just to name a few.

Jason Lee:
Well where and when can we catch Unity?

Shaun Monson:
Well you can go to the film's website which is unitythemovement.com. You can see our trailer and you can see where it's playing in all 50 states. It opens nationwide this Wednesday August 12th and we hope if anybody sees one documentary this year that they'll go out to the cinemas and see Unity.

Jason Lee:
Alright Shaun best of luck with the film. We appreciate your time. Thanks for being here.

Shaun Monson:
Thanks Jason. Appreciate it.

Jason Lee:
And Eye Opener continues.
