Disgraced comedian Bill Cosby is no longer behind bars. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has overturned his sexual assault conviction- a move that shocked many across the country.

To explain why that decision was made, Dr. Susan Liebell, political science professor at Saint Joe’s University discussed how that decision was made, and what that means for the future of justice in the United States.
