Healthy ways to stay hydrated in the heat

Temperatures are soaring into the 90’s today. When it’s that hot out, it’s especially important to stay hydrated.

Instead of reaching for a soda or just a plain glass of water, try infusing your drink with some fruits for some extra flavor, nutrients and hydration!

Lyndi Weiand, in-store dietitan at Weis Markets, shared some great pairings and tasty ideas.
