We’re close to a year now of spending most of our time at home in quarantine.

The past year has been filled with emotions, and among those are feelings of loneliness.

This can especially impact us this time of year, with cold weather and Valentines Day ahead as some of us can’t spend it with loved ones due to the pandemic.

But there are things we can do to help ourselves and our friends and family in need.
