When to seek mental health help amid the pandemic

If you’re feeling depressed or anxious lately, you’re not the only one.

According to a recent survey by the CDC 40-percent of adults in the united states reported that they have been struggling with their mental health since the pandemic began.

So what can we do to help ourselves and how do we know when it’s time to get help?
