Well, April is Stress Awareness Month.

So today we hear from an expert on dealing with and reducing stress. Dr. Alok Trivedi, Human Behavior Expert, specializes in behavior modification and numerous types of techniques.

He tells us about what he calls SIRPA, a five-step formula that helps to reduce stress in less than a minute.
