February is American Heart Month. One simple way to practice good health is by watching the foods that you eat and choosing heart-healthy ingredients. 

“More than 600,000 people are dying each year from heart disease, according to the CDC,” said Weis Markets Registered Dietician Lyndi Wieand. “So you can prevent this just by choosing heart healthy foods.”
