4th Annual South Street Spring Festival Preview

This upcoming Saturday is the 4^th annual South Street Spring Festival on South Street. PHL17’s David Grzybowski got a sneak preview of this weekends event with Mike Harris, executive Director of the South Street Headhouse District and Bridget Foy and Paul Rodriguez, owners of Bridget Foy’s bar and restaurant.

The festival starts Saturday at 11am and ends at 8pm.
