Jen and I toasted to spring with Serrano Executive Chef Gina Rodriguez. She cooked lots of fresh vegetables and seafood, which she says it nice and light for the season. The salmon and scallops were amazing. Gina also made an enjoyable watermelon, spinach and blue cheese salad.
