Peter Van Allen and I visited the Northern Liberties Bar Ferdinand for another wonderful segment of Biz Bites! This restaurant features a unique ambiance with custom chairs and mosaic tile walls. All the decorations are influenced by the story of Ferdinand the Bull who was a lover not a fighter, and I would imagine their customers are the same after tasting their delicious food!

The amazing aroma filled the air as we walked in, due entirely to the authentic wood burning oven! We tasted a Spanish flatbread with a freshly baked egg on top! The food was out of this world!

A quaint environment and festive decor makes this a great destination for date night! Bar Ferdinand offers brunch, dinner, dessert, and a varied selection of wine and cocktails! Owner Owen Kamihira created his perfect vision of Spanish cuisine, drinks, and friendship.
