On “In Focus,” we highlight one of the most iconic places in the country, located right in the City of Brotherly Love – the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Gail Harrity, President and Chief Operating Officer of the museum joins to talk about the massive renovation to the world class museum.
Underway is the $196 million core project – part of the museum`s massive $525 million ‘It Starts Here’ campaign. Harrity shares details of the renovation as well as timelines for its completion and how the renovation impacts tourism, business and economic growth in the City and the region. “In Focus” airs Saturday mornings at 6:30am on PHL17.
