Tyrone Sharper is a multi-media journalist for PHL17 Morning News
Tyrone was born and raised in Philadelphia and earned his degree in media studies and production from Temple university.
Before joining PHL17, Tyrone was a sports anchor in Salisbury, Maryland.
He fell in love with sports at the age of 5, so he loves to talk about sports and his favorite sports teams are all Philadelphia sports teams.
Tyrone has always enjoyed being in front of the camera and would shoot daily vlogs on his YouTube channel and, outside of playing sports, it is still one of his favorite hobbies.
Outside of work, he loves going to church, spending time with his family, playing sports, and shooting pool.
Fun Fact: Tyrone has his own Philadelphia Eagles Superbowl ring
