Run856 is a Southern New Jersey running club that wants YOU to get involved with them online and most importantly on runs.  In this case YOU can be defined as hardcore runners, newbies, young runners, older runners, even walkers and people who have never run before.  In exchange for your participation they offer laughs, friendship, post run beverages , sweet t-shirts at a reasonable price and most of all support and positivity every step of the way.

The group meets on Monday evenings at Running Co. of Haddonfield.  The group is new and growing in the capable hands of Jen Nichols, Julie Lautas, Tom Cunningham and Dave Welsh, who also owns the specialty running store.

The group is dedicated to runs of all paces and abilities for runners from all over the “856” area code.  In addition to the Monday night 6:30 runs beginning at Running Co of Haddonfield, they have pop-up runs and other runs all over the “856.”   The group’s social media offers information about the runs, but also is becoming an online community for runners to discuss things runners like.  (Run856 Facebook here.)

Admission to the group is free, but you’ll want to spend a few bucks to get one of the sweet “Run856” tshirts so you can represent no matter where you run.  After the run, the group meets for food, drinks, friendships and lots of laughs.
