More women are opting to become baby mamas and by choice!  Family attorney Amy Goldstein says co-parenting is becoming a growing trend, in which many are opting to have children with friends or sometimes even strangers. There are websites that now take eHarmony to the next level where people meet solely for the purpose of having a child.  Goldstein says people need to realize there are no laws to protect this relationship, so people involved should draft a written agreement.  The written agreement isn’t legally enforceable but it will give the court an idea of what the parents intentions are.
