The extremely talented and hilarious, Kim Coles, stopped by to discuss heart disease, stroke, and how laughter can help educate and heal. She is encouraging everyone to attend an event she is hosting - the second annual Power of Laughter Luncheon on September 10th at 10:30 AM at the First District Plaza. Guests can enjoy a heart-healthy lunch, free health screenings, vendors, entertainment and much more. The event targets these health issues and concerns of African Americans and Latinos, since heart disease and stroke are a greater risk.
