My Philadelphia Story – A display of memories from people across the area

Something very special will soon be unveiled at Philadelphia International Airport.  It's a gigantic wall of small boxes, each with an item that represents a story.  Appropriately, the is called "My Philadelphia Story", and the items on the wall will be immortalized forever.  The project was the brainchild of artist Matthew Price, along with his wife.  They do a lot of traveling, and thought something like this would help people pass the time at the airport.  In this report, find out how this project came to fruition, and the special city ordinance that made it possible.
