Jason Lee:

So I hear fall is a great time to travel. Why is that?

Fall is a great time to get away because destinations are less crowded. The weather is still great. And there are plenty of deals. I'm here with the greater Fort Lauderdale wave wall as a back drop because with 23 miles of beaches. 300 miles of water waves combined with special deals and special events. Its the perfect place for a fall escape. there's affordable pricing at top hotels and resorts. Like the Ritz Carlton...w...Marriott...and Hyatt regency where you get complimentary room upgrades. A 100 dollar credit to be used at the resort for things like beverage. Plus a 25 dollar American Express gift card a two for one summer savings card which gets you savings of up to 2000 dollars at more than 70 different area attractions.  And I have been visiting greater fort lauderdale for a long time and it has really become a great culinary arts and culture mecca.

There is so much to do there. Dine out Lauderdale has special pricing at more than 40 restaurants. Broward county continues to celebrate their centennial with duende day with a street festival...performance art...concerts and a broadway style show October 2nd through 4th with Jon Secada. also...56th Annual Boat Show November 5th through 9th with over three billion dollars in accessories.

And jet blue is starting new air service non-stop Philadelphia to Fort Lauderdale November 19th. So you want to learn more about greater Fort Lauderdale? Go to
