Jennifer Lewis-Hall:
We all want to look and feel our best, so "shape magazine's" Bahar Tektechian has some tips to do just that.  She spoke to PHL17's Jason Lee.
Jason Lee:
Bahar you always have great stuff for us. What do you have this morning?

Bahar Takhtehchian:
Thank you so much. You know it's all about staying healthy this summer and actually Johnson and Johnson has a great resource online. It's called Healthy Essentials and this is going to give you real time insights and answers that are personalized just for you. This way you can take care of yourself and your family.

So all you do is go to to register. Once you're on the site you're going to find amazing tips plus coupons will help you save money on some of your favorite brands like Neutrogena, Listerine, Band-Aid, ect.

So that's a great way for you to save money and to get informed, but another thing that we need to be doing is we need to make sure that we're exercising this summer.

So Johnson and Johnson Healthy Essentials has teamed up with Walgreens balance rewards for healthy choices program. And basically they're going to incentitize you to exercise, to quit smoking, to loose weight. Basically you can use all of these tools to track your progress and reach your goals and when you reach these small achievements they reward you with points.

For example you'll get 20 points if you, 20 points per mile, if you record that. You'll get 250 when you set a goal. So an amazing way for you to get rewards.

Now another thing I wanted to mention is an app from Johnson and Johnson. It's called The Official Seven Minute Workout app. It helps you incorporate exercise into your lifestyle. It's fast. It's simple. 72 exercises, 22 workouts. You don't have to use any special equipment and you track your points. You actually earn automatic balance rewards points when you connect to the app. So the more miles and the more activity that you track, the more points that you get.

So you go to healthy choices for that and you can get the app at

Jason Lee:
That all sounds great. So you've given me an incentive to workout. Any other last minute tips you can give us before we wrap this up?

Bahar Takhtehchian:
Just make sure that you know you're staying active and involve your family whenever you can. And try to make these activities fun because when it's fun people tend to want to stick to it more.

Jason Lee:
Alright sounds good to me. Bahar Takhtehchian as always great stuff. Thanks a lot for joining us. And Eye Opener continues.
