Runnemede students read at advanced proficiency levels

RUNNEMEDE, NJ (PHL17 ) -- Second graders at Grace Downing Elementary School are at advanced proficiency levels of reading. More than half of the students are above a second grade reading level.  Their teacher, Marisa Burpulis, explains the program she uses to build independence and stamina in reading and writing.  PHL17's Zachery Lashway reports.
