The 93rd Miss Philadelphia was crowned Saturday Match 15th at University of the Arts! Diamond Edmonds, 23, from Millersville University.
Her talent in the competition was dance and her charity platform as Miss Philadelphia will be Mentoring the Stars of the Future. In the 3 hour gala the Miss Philadelphia contestants were judged on talent, evening gown, onstage questions and physical fitness in swimwear.  Here are some photos from the evening.
