Who hasn’t had a gingerbread house go awry?

Eye Opener intern Stan Wright appears to build a gingerbread house at lightning speed, but its really a time lapsed cut of his gourmet architecture project that took roughly 30 minutes to ‘finish,’ sped up 3000 percent. Construction was plagued by setbacks, in no small part thanks to a gingerbread kit that came to him in pieces. But intern Stan persevered, doing his best to plaster the pieces back together with the provided frosting. Unfortunately, the roof quite literally caved in on him just as he started to decorate.

Long story short: inspect the gingerbread kits thoroughly before you purchase one. And don’t let one mistake lead to a blue Christmas. Spend the holiday with Eye Opener from 6 – 8 a.m. only on PHL-17. We have quite the special show in store for you, so you won’t want to miss it! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
