Berlin, NJ– Several teachers and administrators from the Berlin Community School traded in their pencils and books for pizza and cooks to raise money for their school’s character education initiatives.  The response to the charity effort had Angelo’s Pizza in Berlin, NJ packed for the entire evening.  For the teachers and school staff it meant an evening of taking orders, bussing  tables, washing dishes, getting drinks and serving entrees.  For the students it was a great night out with their families and a chance to see their teachers and school administrators in a much different light. For Angelo’s restaurant, it meant raising more charity money than they ever have before in a few very busy hours.

Said owner Sal Cusamano in a letter to Berlin Community School, “To hear all the thank you’s last night really made me feel special, and I’m very happy to be part of the Berlin community.  The parents of the students should be very proud and happy to have such a great group of people teaching their kids.”
