Join Realitydance as they present two Anti-bullying events. Fanfest will take place Saturday November 16, 2013 from 11:30am – 7pm at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. Come out as we celebrate Anti-bullying with meet and greets with many of the Fall Jam artists all day. These artists have come from all over the country to be a part of this movement. Because bullying has become such an epidemic, Realitydance will be giving out Hero Awards to acknowledge those who help us achieve our goals to help conquer bullying.
There will be ten awards given out which will include one to Mike Nise. Mike is a pioneer in youth television; he changed the country with shows that he produced and created such as ‘Dancing on Air’ and ‘Dance Party USA’. These were dance music reality TV shows that took kids and teenagers by storm. He is truly one of a kind and Realitydances’ number one supporter.
Another award will be given to Jessica Reedy. Jessica is a victim of bullying who attempted suicide because of how bad it affected her. Fortunately, Jessica was admitted to the hospital and learned many coping skills while she was there. Once she came out she sent the winning Anti-bully video to Realitydances YouTube contest and spoke about helping other victims.
An award will be presented to Nina Timani. Not only is she the director for sales and marketing for the Sheraton Airport Hotel, she was also a victim of a hate crime. Nina participated and hosted the Walk Against Hate with the Anti-Defamation League. She is a big supporter of Anti-bullying and Realitydance and has made it possible for the Sheraton to sponsor our event.
There will be a brunch with one of Fall Jams headliners IM5. Also, there will be a red carpet where the artists will take pictures and answer some questions, not only from our Realitydance hosts, but also from fans on Twitter.
Fall Jam will take place November 17, 2013 at The Gramercy Theatre in New York City. This is a seven hour event. A star studded concert featuring 32 artists from all over the country coming together for Anti-bullying. This includes singers, dancers and even YouTube sensations. Realitydance previously held an Anti-bully video contest on YouTube. Some of the videos that were submitted will be shown in-between acts. There will also be meet and greets and a red carpet for this event.
