This week in Biz Bites, Peter and I visited  Serrano restaurant in Old City Philadelphia to try the authentic ethnic cooking made by Chef Rodriguez. Couples looking for the perfect place for a special dinner date should check out this restaurant to try different recipes from around the world!

Serrano restaurant has been serving international food at neighborhood prices since 1985. We met up with Chef Rodriguez who showed us her different combinations of foods. Not only is the dinner something that will have you wanting more but also the live entertainment adds to the romantic atmosphere. The restaurant is a great place for dinner and show! On the second floor of the building is Tin Angel, an acoustic cafe, where top international and national acts perform. Serrano received high ratings this week scoring a 4.5/5 on the atmosphere scale, 4.6/5 on the food scale and 3.5/5 on the value scale.
