For me that means Paleo-friendly foods rich in protein and healthy fats. We try to stick mostly to the perimeter of the store – where the perishable foods live. You won’t see any packaged, processed foods in my basket! Instead we opt for lean meats like turkey and chicken, and the superfoods avocado and sweet potato. Take a look!
