“Avenue Q”

Imagine watching Sesame Street as a child, but with an added touch of adult humor. The Tony Award-winning musical “Avenue Q” is in the City of Brotherly Love and these fuzzy friends are taking the city by storm! The show addresses many mature themes from the uncertainty of life after college…(to one night stands!).

In 2004, “Avenue Q” swept the Tony’s taking home three awards, including Best Musical, beating out the highly popular “Wizard of Oz” prequel, “Wicked.”  Now labeled by critics as the show with a big heart, it is only fitting for “Avenue Q” to be headlining in the city with a big heart, and a whole lot of passion – Philadelphia!

Be sure to grab your tickets for “Avenue Q” before they’re gone! The production will run through July 27th. You can buy tickets at Mazeppaproductions.org.

**NOTE: Although “Avenue Q” may portray many relateable topics, these mature themes are designed mainly for adult viewers.  “Avenue Q” may not be appropriate for children.  The cast encourages parents to take the maturity of their children into strong consideration before bringing them to this show**
