On In Focus with host Jennifer Lewis-Hall, we focus on men’s health – specifically prostate cancer awareness.

According to the American Cancer Society – other than skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men. The American Cancer Society says about 1 man in 7 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. Six cases in 10 are diagnosed in men aged 65 or older, and it is rare before age 40. The average age at the time of diagnosis is about 66. Jennifer’s guest include Dr. Alexander Kutikov, Associate Professor of Urologic Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Two of Dr. Kutikov’s patients join us to share their stories. And, Terrell Johnson, health insurance navigator and community engagement specialist also joins us to talk about navigating your health and health insurance.
