Moms are busy, to say the least, and that is especially true of new moms. The folks from Physiofit stopped by our PHL17 studios to spend some time with Jason Lee, and demonstrate exercises that new moms can do...and all they need is a stroller. These are moves that are easy to do, and they can be done anywhere. The point being, that exercise is important. And even though we are all pressed for time these days, there is ample opportunity to get some exercise in, and take care of and bond with your baby at the same time.
