It is primary election day in Pennsylvania and Delaware.  Polls are open in both states until 8:00 tonight.  Attorney and legal analyst Elura Nanos joined Jennifer Lewis-Hall on PHL17 Morning News, to clear up the confusion surrounding delegates.  Many people don't know exactly what a delegate is, and what their function is at the convention.  Elura also clears up the misconception that the primary election is a way to "whittle" down the candidates.  In reality, the primary picks delegates to go to the convention, and in some cases the delegates can then vote for whomever they want.  Elura breaks it all down.
