Chelsea’s Law Continuing to Bring Necessary Change out of Horrific Tragedy.

It’s a law that was first introduced in 2011 following the tragic loss of 17-year-old Chelsea King, the young woman who disappeared and became victim to a sexual predator while on a run in her San Diego town.  Chelsea’s Law was founded by the King family with a mission to go after violent sexual predators who have often engaged in crimes after being released from prison, and making sure they return for life.

PHL17’s Matt Doran of Crime Watch Daily explains to us how the law is making significant impact as well as working to expand to protect children everywhere.
