Collingswood New Jersey's Winter Restaurant Week starts this Sunday March 13th with the theme, "Some Like It Hot." Chef Rakesh Romola joined us to talk about what treats he plans to offer at his restaurant, Indeblue.
Guests who enjoy milder flavors need not to worry, restaurants will offer a range of sweeter and milder options. The event goes until Friday, March 18th.
