Attorney, Elura Nanos, talks about the latest controversy concerning Apple security and the FBI.  Apple needs to create code to allow the government to use “brute force” to unlock the iPhone of the terrorist linked to the San Bernardino attacks. Although this could potentially give the FBI information to prevent future terrorist attacks, Apple believes this would put the security of other iPhone users at risk.

Elura Nanos also discusses the issues surrounding the appointment of the next Supreme Court Justice and if Obama should make this decision.
