Heroin and opiates have become a growing public safety and health crisis creating devastating effects on the region, the state and the nation in the last five years. Dealing with the crisis and preventing opiate abuse is in the spotlight on "In Focus" with host Jennifer Lewis-Hall this week. Jennifer's guests include Camden County Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Patti DiRenzo who is a member of the Camden County Addiction Awareness Task Force as well as Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson. According to experts, these narcotics are permeating every community in Camden County and usage is on the rise.
