Deadly attacks in cities across the country and around the world are prompting law enforcement in the Delaware Valley to train officers on a high tech virtual system that’s only in a handful of locations across the country.  I go inside the facility in Mercer County New Jersey where US Marshalls and officers from the Camden County Police Department are among authorities training to avert mass shootings.
