Good morning Jennifer. I'm delighted to share with you and everyone today about our survey a survey that we comissioned that nearly 40% you know 4 out of 10 employed Americans feel stressed about going to work after labor day it's very important news especially when you care about your people at work it's very important news to take actions against. So, I'm delighted to share with you today that news and delighted to share with you what could be the tips in order to fight that to go against the stress at work because you know today you spend more time at work then you spend time at home or with your friends, and it's very important that when you go to work, you go to work happy you go to work with energy, you go to work engaged and not stressed.

Jennifer Lewis-Hall:
I love some of the strategies that you talk about. Monday morning happy hours and creativity corners tell us about those it's sounds like a lot of fun.

Xavier Unkovic:
Well Jennifer, it's about rethinking the daily grind yeah. When you look at people coming to work especially knowing it's going to be a very heavy day lots of emails to catch up on yeah and the day's going to be a lot more intense than those July August months yeah. It's about making sure people come to work in a very inspired way, very well organized knowing how to manage their time well, stay connected with their fellow employes and when I say manage your time instead of rushing to your computer after pushing the door to your office just go to your coffee break yeah. Just brew yourself a beautiful cup of coffee or tea smell the aroma enjoy the drink and that will bring you in a completely different way or pace than the pace you thought you would go into if you open your computer and look at your emails. Being connected, collaborating around a coffee around the coffee chats it very important having a coffee chat is very important between each other. If you have the luxury to walk out side with a colleague of yours and having this discussion about business do it yeah. Try to rethink your daily grind is very important because lets say you spend again more time at work than you spend at home so it's not about being stressed.
