VIDEO: Twitter rolls out new features for FIFA World Cup including “hashflags”

To coincide with World Cup action, Twitter has announced some exciting  features to make watching soccer matches more interactive for fans all over the world.  One of the cooler features is the “hashflag” that is being re-introduced.   To “hashflag” during the World Cup, users make a # followed by a three-letter country code (FRA, GER, BRA, etc.).
