Dancers from Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Art helped Freddie Pantalone proposed to Erika Tartaglini at South Street Spring Festival on Saturday, May 3, 2014.  In the middle of a giant choreographed dance routine the dancers pulled what looked to be a bystander up to dance with the group. Freddie, the groom, was in on the act as he then came down a make shift dance aisle made by students as they got on one knee. The students danced their way to the bride as her family and friends also joined in with flowers.  The crowd went nuts. Thanks to South Street Headhouse District for posting this vid!
