Christmas and New Year’s celebrations are over which means that something else is ushering in. It’s not a gift but more of a gripe for many of us – cough and cold season.
So, what’s a parent to do? Pediatrician and founder of Zarbee’s, Dr. Zak Zarbock, offered some effective tips to stay healthy that families can easily incorporate into their daily routine. He says key is washing your hands and hugging your cough or sneeze.
