We’re joined in studio by Scott Reddy, the executive chef of Johnson’s Corner Farm in Medford, New Jersey, who’s showing us some of the farm’s gorgeous produce and whipping up some delicious fall favorites. The spread includes broccoli, sweet potato, cucumber and popping corn and more. After seeing the beautiful display, Reddy talks about his first dish and you won’t want to miss it.
