Puppy Tips With T-Bear: How To Tackle Chewing

T-Bear is a pomeranian puppy who will melt your heart.  He certainly does for me, but this little guy can also be a terror.  He’s just a few weeks old and has all the typical bad puppy habits.  I took this little guy to the Philadelphia Pet Hotel for some puppy training with Nicole Larocco.  She’s the ultimate expert on doggie obedience.

Nicole says barking. biting and chewing are some of the first habits any owner should work on breaking.  We started first with teaching Teddy what he should chew versus what he shouldn’t chew.  Nicole dropped a pen and of course T-Bear went for it.  Dogs are like infants and they put anything and everything in their mouth.  Nicole says you should provide them with lots of chew toys, which are better for them and help them with teething.  T-Bear loved his chew toy.
