My little ones aren’t so little anymore. But, if you’ve got a little one in diapers then we’ve got a story for you! One South Philadelphia entrepreneur is helping the environment while also helping to keep the baby happy and dry.

My little buddy Xander and I headed down to the East Passyunk section of South Philly to check out Cloth.  Owned by Angela Shaw-Halperin and her husband, the entrepreneurial duo have a young son.  They speaks from experience when it comes to talking about “poop,” a word they joke is mentioned hundreds of times a day.

Angela, a former elementary school teacher, opened the store on East Passyunk Avenue near 11th and Tasker. She says the many options and ways to use cloth diapers help parents save money and help save the planet too. Cloth also offers environmentally-safe toys, baby clothing and organic bath products.
