If you’re planning to take the kids down to Citizens Bank Park to watch the Phillies this summer, you won’t want to miss this More 4 Moms segment.

Hot dogs, pizza, pretzels, soda….the list of unhealthy food at every baseball game goes on and on. Believe it or not, however, Citizens Bank Ballpark has some healthy options for you and the wee ones that are actually quite tasty and won’t force you to loosen that belt buckle!

I met with Jeremy Campbell, Division Manager of Concessions at Citizens Bank Park for a tour of some healthy food stands with a variety of tasty culinary options.  The Phanatic Phood stands have kids sized hot dogs and pretzels as well as fruit snacks and juice boxes for the little ones.  For all you grown ups out there who can’t watch a ballgame without eating that signature hot dog, Citizens Bank Park offers the Hatfield all-beef Hotdog on a Gluten Free roll!  Looking for something even healthier??  In the South Philly market behind section 128 you can buy a veggie dog or a slice of gluten free pizza!  I got a chance to try both and, I’d have to say, they were pretty finger lickin’ good!

Overall, here’s my advice moms….

Stick to the healthy stuff for the kids and every once in a while sneak away and indulge in a little somin’ somin’ for yourself….like Federal Donuts!
