Yoga for Toddlers

Yoga is not only for adults, but now for toddlers too!  Wake Up Yoga offers classes with a certified yoga instructor just for two to four year olds. By teaching the traditional yoga poses the toddlers receive benefits of flexibility, centering, focus, and balance.  The classes also help toddlers channel their energy into constructive activities with the help of games, and creative ways to move through stories.  Helping the children find their center focus, helps them gain mobility, independence, and a sense of self while learning to socialize, take turns and have fun with friends, and most importantly control their impulses.  Toddlers and their caretakers are invited to the afternoon classes.

Wake Up Yoga South offers a variety of yoga classes.  If you are new to a Wake Up Yoga Studio, ask about their 2 week unlimited class card for just $30.
